1. The tour fee is calculated based on the number of hours spent with the guide but NOT a guarantee to see everything in the proposed itinerary.
2. Based on our experience, we can finish the proposed itinerary if we follow the schedule. The actual itinerary depends on many other circumstances (e.g. rest more than planned, stay in one location longer, the weather does not permit, spending time on things other than planned).
3. The tour fee quotation does not include the cost of the meal unless it is stated otherwise.
4. Guest safety is at our top priority. As a result, the tour may be canceled if typhoon signal 3 or yellow rain signal is hoisted. Under this circumstance, we can re-arrange the tour to a different date or provide a 95% refund.
